Claire's father Brian Cooney and mother Miranda Cooney have shared custody of Claire for sometime. Miranda became difficult to communicate with after she got into a committed relationship with felon Jonathan Bromen.

Jonathan Bromen (Date of Birth 05/10/1989) has 32 Criminal Records. He has been convicted of Dometic Assault, Theft, Violating a Restraining order, destruction of property, and has an Aggrivated Assault charge pending. Jonathan was supposed to begin his prison sentence on March 9, 2017.

Miranda Cooney filed taxes and received a check near $5000 or more. We believe the couple has used this money to run from the law.

The couple was seen at Becky’s Thrift Shop in Centerville Tennesse. Becky called the police on the couple because Claire seemed hungry. Becky gave her something to eat and she “devoured it.” This upset Becky and she decided to get involved, so she called the police.
The couple told Becky at Becky’s Thrift Shop in Centerville Tennessee, that they were “going off the grid.” Jonathan purchased 4 tarps, bundles of white ropes, 2 hacksaws, a variety pack of knives, an adult knife for Claire, and camouflage clothes for each of them.

Our family is asking for financial help via this Go Fund Me account to provide:
1. A reward to anyone who helps us bring Claire home.
2. Private Investigator services. Our family has hired Still Watch Investigations to help find Claire. The investigators are giving us a discount, however the fees are adding up.
3. Travel expenses as we have to go to Tennessee to make a public plea for help on the local news.
We have already borrowed money but require additional assistance and are appealing to anyone who will aid us in recovering our beloved Claire.
When Claire is in her daddy's care, she attends tae kwon do and Brazilian jiujitsu classes, swimming classes and speech therapy to help her in her life.
