Financial Crisis - PLEASE HELP

Hey guys.. This is the first time I've ever used this.. a friend of mine suggested it.. basically a couple days ago on Halloween my significant other, myself and one of our roomies went out to a celebration.. The one roomie accidentally left her visa debit card in her room.. over the next few days as she checked her balances she found out that she had a withdrawal made of $600.00 and another of $500.00.. These payments were set aside to cover hydro in the apartment.. We have reason to believe the remaining roommate used her card for online purchases and reported the activity as fraudulent..

Unfortunately.. this also means we are short our hydro money ($500.00) and rent costs .. I was wondering if anyone of you could possibly help us during this time... this is something none of us expected and it has hurt us both financially and emotionally and we just want to find a way to deal with it asap before the bill is due..

I am on Ontario Disability support for Aspergers Syndrome, the roomies are on Ontario Works which temporarily helps them with renting costs etc while they search for employment..

All of our money was already used for phone bill costs, puppy food and food in general.. as I said any little bit will help us..

Thank you so much and I am very sorry that it had to come to this.. but November is a very bad month for us to have our hydro cut out!!
