My name is Emmalaine R. Rutherford-Xo, though many of you may know me as Emma Seckso. You may also know my friend and companion, Fellow the Giraffe.

Since March 1st 2018, I have been on a very important and often perilous journey. The path since December 29, 2020 has been especially treacherous. While I am not able to share specifics at this time, please know I do not make this request lightly.

Out of financial necessity, I have primarily worked alone. It has been daunting and often frightening journey. While I have often felt helpless, I have never lost hope.

I have had many victories and far exceeded the expectations of everyone involved, including my own.

However, I now stand at a point in my journey where it would be very dangerous to proceed without the aide of a professional. This is a moment, regardless of the outcome, that will affect the rest of my life. [Fellow: “ahem”] Oh, of *our* lives.

I am exhausted; physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I will never give up. I continue to fight because I know I have the truth. I fight for love. And love wins. Love always wins.
