Fight pancreas cancer

Hi, my name is Muiesira (Nana) kolenovic I’m 44 yrs old, and at the age of 17 , I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. I had 3 surgeries , on my ovaries , tubes, uterus With no success. I went into premature menopause at 18 years old . Which lead to many others health issues ,as I was growing up. So my dreams of becoming a mother were shattered. I started to volunteer as a care giver and continue to volunteer and work with geriatrics patients. It’s my way of being a mom. I have a huge heart and always willing to go above and beyond for others, this time I need help please. Unfortunately I’m not able to work, because I also suffered at severe Brain injury 3 yrs ago. And now ,I was told I have a mass on the tail of the pancreas,surgery is needed , chemo treatment with possible radiation pending. Please help me ! God bless you all.
