Medical Expenses

My Name is Jeremy Dixon. I have been having major medical issues and my expenses are adding up quickly. I am trying to raise money to help pay for my medical bills. Any help would mean so much to me as I am permanetly disabled and have no income at this time.

I would be extremely thankful for any help that I could recieve to help take care of al lof these medical expenses, hospital visits, and doctor visits.
