Cayden insulin pump

Dear Family and Friends
My nephew Cayden who is 4 years old has recently been diagnosed with Childhood Diabetes.  Since the insulin pump is not covered, we are trying to raise as much money as we can to help Cayden’s parents. Jessica and Jeffery will be using the money to pay for the necessary equipment for Cayden. Jessica has also battled diabetes herself for years.
