Kenyan Smallholder Farmers Fund
Donation protected

Fanikisha Jamii is a project that intends to elevate vulnerable poor women farmers and youths in rural areas of Western Kenya. The project was started by students from Kenya to help their homecountry. Currently the project is being incubated at Enactus at University of Reading.
We will use the donations to help farmers to make a living and we want them to be able to live with more than $1 a day. Through our work we will be able to provide training and provide assets, such as seeds and tools.
Our project will start in the Bungoma county in Western-Kenya. We have a patnership with a local consultancy Realedge International, who support our project by reaching out to different communities. We will provide them with AVC training, Farm Inputs (seeds, Fert, Pesticides) and other materials for our target group. Our goal is to scale the farmers smallholder agriculture and commercialize it with the end goal being Enabling them to live a life free from poverty.
We want to start the project in March. Therefore, we would be pleased to receive any donation before March and even after. Otherwise, please visit our website.
