Urgent Assistance to Save My Home

Thank you for caring to read my story. I am in age at 53 years of age and live in a very rural area in New York State. Because the head gasket went out on my car, I've had to spend an average of $400 a month to get back and forth to town for work. This caused me to lose my job due to the unreliability of the cab services and I was not eligible to receive unemployment benefits. It also caused me to become three (3) months behind on my mortgage payments which are $357.16 each. My bank is requiring  at least two (2) of the three (3) mortgage payments to be made by August 31st or they will repossess my home. Because it is a mobile home, I have no protection from the state, and the bank can repossess my mobile home the same as a vehicle without warning. As well, I recieved a shutoff notice for my electric and gas service. From the time this campaign began I have received $150 in donations which, after GoFundMe fees were taken out, gave me enough to pay the electric and gas shutoff notice with a small amount leftover used to assist me with cab fare. I have adjusted my campaign goal to reflect the amount still needed plus GoFundMe fees that will come out of each donation. I have since found part-time employment which should hopefully be enough to cover one (1) of the two (2) mortgage payments required by August 31st. It is my hope I can obtain enough donations to meet my goal. I promise to pay it forward in whatever ways I can. Much love to all.

UPDATE: I have had to increase my goal today to $900. After speaking to the bank today, they are demanding that I make two payments of $357.17 on August 31st. With my paycheck combined with the donations so far, I can cover those two. However, they are also demanding two more payments of $357.16 each to be made in September, one on the 14th and one on the 28th. As my job is only part-time, and as of yet I've been unable to find a second job, it will be impossible to cover two mortgage payments plus my lot rent due on the 10th of September which is $339.52. If I can just achieve this new goal, of which so far donations have covered an electric and gas shutoff and one mortgage payment, I will have enough to cover one month of lot rent. If I can't pay it by September 10th, they will issue a 30-day notice and then it will be up to a judge on whether the mobile home park can evict me...and with the late fees I still owe them, I imagine the judge will side with the mobile home park. Because it would thousands of dollars to move my mobile home to another mobile home park and because I have no financial way to do that, my mobile home would become eminent domain of the mobile home park and then it would be left to the bank and the mobile home park to sort and I would be evicted...locked out. I know this sounds confusing and believe me, I am overwhelmed with it as well. So now I pray for this last miracle to happen and I thank God for the miracles He has already sent. If you can give, just know that you are literally saving me from one of the worst fears a human being can feel.
