Funds to Get to the Finish Line

The original posting is below but at this point, it has been over two long years of waiting on a disability verdict (I worked all my life, I am not a bum, just a person who fell on hard times after a rough past and I am trying to fight my way out) and as I know I might still have a long way to go, I am asking for help from the kindness of the world.

First of all, let me say this is very awkward for me and only am using a site like this as I feel it is an avenue to possibly help me out of a rough time...

After 8-9 years of pushing myself too hard to continue working with bad legs and feet (varicose veins, Chronic venous insufficiency, severe arthritis in both ankles and knees, depression, anxiety and other psychological issues plus panic disorder and  hypertension), I finally pushed too far and got blood clots in my right leg and was admitted to the hospital.

I finally got the insurance to help ith the medical end of things but because I cannot work (I was only able to work three days a week prior to this due to my condition), my regular bills are mounting and I need phone service and internet access to continue and try to work my way through the clogged federal system for assistance.

I feel ashamed to do this as it feels like begging and would rather be healthy and working but I can no longer stand the pain I went through daily and would like to keep living rather than pushing myself and possibly having a worse case scenario with these issues.

I am probably making a really low estimate of how much I will need till I am told any descions can be made for any kind of monetary assistance but I only want what I need, this is not about greed or 'wants' but about essentials and needs to get me through the first few months of this rough patch.
