Hi, my name is Jason. I am a husband and father to 5 kids. This year I have had 2 mysterious and crippling seizures. The last one resulted in the ER pulling my license for my safety. I am injured, barely functional, and now about to become homeless with my family. Any help you could lend would be amazing. I need money to continue getting seen by doctors, pay for food and expenses, and to not end up on the street with my family.
