Help for medical illness

I have never been the person who asks for help. I struggle but always manage.
On September 17, 2020, I went in for 4 injections in my back for chronic back pain. This was supposed to be a routine procedure. However, as a result I developed a cerebrospinal fluid leak. S csf leak occurs when CSF escapes through a small tear or hole in the outermost layer of connective tissue (called the dura mater) that surrounds the brain and spinal cord and holds in the CSF. The tear or hole allows the CSF to leak out.
The loss of CSF causes the previously cushioned brain to sag inside the skull, which results in a headache. Loss of fluid also causes a lowering of pressure within the skull, a condition called intracranial hypotension.
I spent 8 days in the hospital and underwent 2 procedures to patch the leak.
I have encountered several setbacks in recovery which has kept me out of work since. Medical expenses (copays, out of pocket costs, medications, and outpatient physical therapy) as well as my monthly expenses have become difficult and nearly impossible. I have no anticipated return to work date at this time.
Again, I don't usually ask for help, but I am overwhelmed and could really use that help right now. I need to focus on my health and it's been difficult with the financial aspect hanging over my head.
Any help is appreciated.
