Hello! I am a sophomore in high school with Indian roots so I still have a lot of family back in India. During the last couple of weeks I’ve been hearing from my family about how severe the pandemic has become in India, after doing a bit of research I came to a realization that India needed help, right away! Since the last week of April there have been an average of 371,000 cases appearing daily! The condition that India is in reminded me of the hard times we had back here in the US, and we just recently started recovering from the Covid pandemic. So this led to creation of “Help India Breathe!”, which is meant to be a fundraiser to help India fight against Covid. India is currently short on PPE kits, Oximeters and other medical supplies, it would be a great help to India if we—as a community—collected funds and supplies to support them during their time of need!

All the funds collected will be used to send supplies to India, I am starting this fund by using $500 of my own savings, from the gifts I received from my family when I used to visit India. Please fund to Help India Breathe!
