As many of you know my mom Nina was in a life changing motor vehicle accident on 9/6/19.  She sustained 2 brain bleeds, 6 broken ribs, and 5 surgeries in 17 days.  She ended up having to have a below the knee amputation on her left leg.  She got an infection from the hospital and lost 30 pounds.

This woman has made a miraculous recovery at 79 years of age. She is currently at Meadowood skilled nursing facility in Stockton where she healed from her injuries, has been getting therapy and she got her prosthesis approximately 3 weeks ago.

She is making fantastic progress and we hope she can go home within the next 2 months with In Home Support Services.

My family and I have done as much as we can to support her financially up to this point and we are so close to her returning home.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances she needs some financial support  for her significant monthly share of cost at the skilled nursing facility and to make modifications to her residence that will allow her to safely return home.  This  is what she has been working toward and is her goal.
