I have a friend….and boy is she one AWESOME person. She will go unnamed but I feel that she is one of the most deserving people who need a little help.

I’m sure that everyone has someone in their life, or multiple people in their life, who are going through hard times right now. However… She is who I have chosen to help on my 45th .

Without saying much… All I’m asking is for you to donate $45 for my 45th birthday for her and her family.

She's navigated the heartbreak of losing a child, stood by another child battling cancer, and recently had her four-week-old baby urgently airlifted from Enloe Hospital. Way too much for one MOTHER to go through

This remarkable friend of mine is one of the best people I know and still keeps going strong, while asking for nothing…. she has weathered storms silently. She resists seeking help, not out of pride, but due to a fear of appearing as though she's seeking a handout.

I respect her wish to remain unnamed, but her story needs to be heard, especially hers. Those of you that know her, know that she is incredibly strong, has continued to be there for the rest of her family and friends and has continued to work nonstop through it all. I just want to help put a little dent in all of their medical bills that I know are piling up.

I am crying as I write this because she did not want me to do this and she kept saying that there are SO MANY more deserving people…and there are TONS of deserving people. But to me-she is one of THE MOST deserving.
