I am creating this for my sister Madison, who is a single mom of three kids. She needs $2500 for her lawyer and court fees in order to file for divorce and emergency full custody of her kids. Timothy broke into Madison’s house while she was sleeping, brought a gun, and assaulted her. This is an emergency situation, where it is unsafe for her or the kids to be in contact with Timothy. He is in jail now, However, if he is released from jail, he can go take the kids, as they are legally not divorced yet. Here are Madison’s words I will be putting in this post, so you can choose if you’d donate to the cause. The sooner we can get the money for her lawyer, the sooner she can start the case.

“I left Timothy in January after he went to jail and was a registered sex offender due to sexual abuse charges on my youngest sister. He became manipulative, controlling, and abusive to me. Then being a single mom of 3 kids, I had a photography business, trying to support myself and the kids. He was constantly taking the boys, and not letting me see them unless I did what he said. I had to get a restraining order to keep him from coming into my house and harassing me or stalking me.  He broke into my house yesterday while I was sleeping with a gun, telling me what to do, and assaulting me. He has been taken to jail today, and charged with 1st degree rape/attempted rape, 1st degree burglary, and 2nd degree domestic assault.” (See pictures)
