Bambina the Bulldog's Surgery

We need help for the very sweet and sassy Bambina! After enduring a very difficult life as a breeding dog at a mill. The people who owned her used her to make them money up until a few months ago. She was used for breeding up until the age of 9. Thankfully, whoever had her simply dumped her at a shelter instead of a far worse fate many mill dogs see.
Bambina, or Bambi, as she is now named, had a saddness in her eyes. She knew life wasn't very kind to her, but her mama, Camila saw something in those eyes that told her she was worth saving. Camila contacted South Florida Animal Rescue Network, (SFARN), and spoke to them about this poor, sweet soul that was sitting - terrified in a kill shelter. Camila offered to foster and adopt this old girl. Friends at SFARN pulled her, but they had no idea just how bad her health was. Bambi had a very serious infection called Pyometra. Knowing they had to treat this quickly, and aggressively, they got her on a heavy antibiotic, and in the process, also got her cleaned up, and used to being the Diva she was born to be.
Once the infection was under control and cleared up, she had gained a little weight, and was ready for her first of 2 surgeries. She went under to be spayed. The surgery was high risk, and they found a large tumor in her ovaries, previously undetected. Despite some complications post surgery, that almost took her life, Bambina showed that she was ready to fight to finally enjoy this life she struggled so hard to live for all those years. Camila made Bambi's dreams come true. She was wanted, very loved, spoiled and has a family of her own now.
There is 1 more surgery that Bambina needs. During her first visit with her vet, the Doctor noticed Mammary Tumors, on just about all of her mammary's. They have increased in size a bit, so we want to raise funds for Bambina as soon as possible, to ensure her safety, and that she can enjoy the rest of her years with Camila, and her brother Jack! The Procedure is called a Bilateral Mastectomy, and provided that she doesn't have any complications, the estimated cost of this surgery is $800.00. We are looking to raise $1,000.00 for her, to make sure all costs will be covered.
Please note, if there are ANY remaining funds leftover, they will be donated to SFARN, to help them continue to save the lives of animals who need a second chance.
