Hello! My name is Tommaso Pucinischi. I work for Southwest Airlines. I have been married to my wife Cindy for four years. We have two children, four years old and 18 months old. I was recently diagnosed with rectal adenocarcinoma cancer. I am receiving treatment, but it's costly. I may need to have a medical assistance device that would leave me out of work. I am the main provider for my family and I am hoping that my friends, family and co-workers can help me get through the worst time in my life. Thank you for all your kindness.
