Help save Minnie's Life

My husband and I have fostered over 500 animals. Miss Minnie came to us from a hoarding situation when she was only 4 months old. She was malnourished and has a terrible underbite which makes eating difficult for her. She eats only senior horse pellets mixed with water and in the summer grass. We adopted her so she would have the best chance for survival and become a therapy horse. We have spent thousands of dollars on dental and vet bills in the past, only to have her colic 4 years ago and need surgery.

Despite our vigilance in keeping her safe, she is headed into surgery again for colic. Our bill is already $3000, and it is expected to increase to $10,000. Minnie is our heart and the sweetest soul on earth. She has visited schools, Scout troops and participated in a fundraiser for the Minnesota Children's Museum. Please help us get our gifl back on her feet so she can continue to brighten the day for others.
