Help Me Rebuild

Out on my small farm I had three hogs for breeding and a litter of nine piglets. I let my pigs roam freely on the property. On November 12 the sounder had began to explore an old, out of use barn on the neighboring land. At some point the hogs found and consumed what the veterinarian and I determined to most likely be strychnine laced grain left over from when the old farm was active. My border collie, Kaboodle, consumed part of one of the dead piglets, as I had not discovered the problem at the time, and died from the convulsions on November 14. I lost all 12 of my hogs and piglets. I lost the most loving dog I have ever had. So not only was it a large financial loss, it was also a very emotionally painful experience losing an animal I had grown so close to. Kaboodle was loved by everyone and she went with me everywhere. That dog was always by my side and it hurts to not have that companion in my life anymore.

I intend to use the funds generated here to purchase another border collie as well as a breeding pair of hogs. I would be so grateful for any help I receive on this.
