We are Jordan, Julian, Jackson “Punch,” and Easton, four brothers trying to get through the hardest moment of our lives. Our dad, Jackson Martin, passed away on December 9, 2025, and even though we knew his health was declining, nothing prepares you for losing the man who raised you.
Our Dad wasn’t perfect, but he gave everything he had—to his family and his community. He loved his family fiercely, but he also had a heart that extended far beyond us. If you knew him, you know how much he loved sports and kids. He spent countless hours coaching, mentoring, and cheering on the next generation. Whether on the field, the court, or in the neighborhood, he gave his time, energy, and love to help others grow and succeed. His loss is felt not just by us, but by everyone he touched.
I was deployed on active duty when our dad died, and getting that call while so far away broke something inside me. I couldn’t be here for my brothers, and I couldn’t spend the time I wanted with my Dad during his final days. Now that I am home, all four of us are doing everything we can to stand together and honor the one person who always tried his best for us—our dad.
His final wish was to be buried in Parkersburg, the place he called home, surrounded by family, friends, and the community he gave so much to. But he didn’t have life insurance, and the cost of bringing him home from Tennessee, along with burial expenses, is more than we can manage on our own.
We’re just four sons trying to do right by our father. He wasn’t perfect, but he was ours. He gave us memories, lessons, love, and a bond with each other that nothing can break—not even this loss.
We’re doing something we never imagined doing—asking for help. Anything you can give—no matter the amount—will help us bring our dad home and lay him to rest with dignity. And if you can’t donate, please share this page. Every bit of support means more to us than we can ever express.
Thank you for helping our family during the hardest chapter of our lives.
❤️
