Making a Home

Hi I’m doing a Go Fund Me to try and raise money to fix our fixer upper house enough to move in.  The house we are renting has been sold. It was sold to three different owners. Do we lost 90% of the land. The new owner raised the rent 150.  And now the land is for sale as commercial property. So we found a fixer upper house we are buying for $8000. I lost my business last year and can no longer work due to 2 strokes. My wife works full time. The costs of renting is leaving us no money to continue fixing up the new house.
