It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved John Cook, a man who touched the lives of so many with his infectious laughter, boundless kindness, and unwavering love and devotion to his family and friends.

Born and raised locally, John was a true character, full of life and always the first to lend a helping hand. Whether it was riding the waves or enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors, he lived with a spirit of adventure and an appreciation for the simple joys of life. But more than that, he was a devoted husband and father who loved his family with all his heart.

As we come together to mourn this tremendous and unexpected loss, we are also hoping to ease the burden on his wife, Tawny, during this incredibly difficult time. The costs associated with memorial expenses and supporting her and their two children through this grief are overwhelming. That’s why we’re asking for your help.

The funds raised will go directly towards memorial expenses to honor John’s life, as well as to provide financial support to Tawny, Pearl and Tucker as they navigate the days ahead. Your kindness and generosity will provide much-needed relief and help to the family while they focus on healing, knowing that they supported by the love and strength of those who loved John so much.
