Getting Amy's house back together

The winter of 2014-2015 did MAJOR damage to my house, ice dam ruined every exterior wall, every floor and every ceiling of the house.  Many items had to be thrown away and I've spent months fighting with the insurance company on what will or will not be covered.  Because the insurance company held things up on approving some of the claim, the house sat empty for months while my granddaughter and i are temporarily housed in a hotel.  Work on the reconstruction was scheduled to begin in the next week or so and I went by the house to check some things only to find that thieves had stolen much of the copper pipe in the house.  Between what wont be covered, what had to be tossed and now replacing a bunch of plumbing I honestly don't know what do do, so I am now reaching out to anyone who might be able to help.  Anyone who knows me, knows I am VERY bad at asking for help, I hate it....but, at this point, pride goes out the window (which is broken) and every penny/dollar counts.  If you can help in any way, it would be very much appreciated.  I am humbled and heartbroken but, I just want my house back together.
