Come honor my 35th birthday by helping me build a house for an underprivileged family. This will be one of the most impactful weekends of giving back!
Between January 11th though13th, we will be in Ensenada, Mexico building a house from the ground up. Families are currently living in impoverished, inhumane conditions. Please join us in this journey where we can support a family by giving them a place they can call home. I hope for this to be an enlightening experience for all of us. ! This will be an unregrettable opportunity.
If you are unable to attend, please consider making a financial contribution. Every donation helps to provide:
- An experienced staff that provides logistics, set-up, guidance, and interpreters.
- Construction materials, equipment, and every other needed element to build a 16 X 20 insulated home on a concrete slab with electrical wiring.
- Service programs, outreach in the community and local orphanage (feeding programs, activities with orphanages among others.)
For those interested in assisting with the hands-on construction:
1.) The trip is very SAFE. Accommodations for the weekend are within a gated community. All meals, transportations, and expenses are covered in your $333 donation.
2) The drive to Ensenada is 2 hours from San Diego. It is safe, on paved roads. Once the participants are confirmed, I will work with everyone to arrange transportation, carpools, etc.
3) Everyone will have an opportunity to contribute either by assisting with the home, volunteer at the orphanage, or by engaging with the children and families in the community. If you are a dog lover like me you can also find me feeding the homeless dogs around the construction site.
4.) We are flexible with your schedule. You're welcome to stay for all or part of the collaborative weekend. You let us know what works best with your schedule.
5.) No experience required. All you need is a positive attitude and an open heart
6.) WARNING: Kindness can be addictive! Plus, you’ll be meeting other like-minded individuals who will share their enthusiasm for changing lives. ...
