I am writing to ask for help. This is not something I would ordinarily do, but these are not ordinary circumstances. As some of you may know, my husband and best friend, David Ross, has been diagnosed with Terminal cancer. He has beaten cancer twice in the past 5 years, but in August of this year we were given the worst possible news we could get, the cancer has metastasized in his liver and there is no cure. The cancer has left him weak and losing weight rapidly.
Dave has always been a strong man, he served his country proudly and has always been the provider for our family, often working 2 or more jobs at a time to support us. I am working, fortunately, for a very understanding company; that is allowing me to work from home when needed so I can be there to take Dave to his appointments and be with him when he is having bad days, but unfortunately with Dave being unable to work we are having a hard time.
We don’t like to ask for help but we could really use some both monetarily and in prayers. We appreciate any donations that you can give to take this extra burden from us, we humbly accept it and would like to thank you all in advance.
Love,
David and Helen Ross
