Alexis’ Recovery fund

It comes with a heavy heart to announce that Alexis’ cancer has returned for a third and final time… If you know Alexis, you know they have always remained optimistic, resilient, and determined to reach their lifelong goals despite any obstacles that have come in their way, even if it’s cancer. After valiantly beating cancer for the second time, Alexis moved to New York after being admitted to their dream school, Fashion Institute of Technology, where they are still taking classes… Despite having challenging disabilities and no financial umbrella to rely on, they work 2 jobs and go to school full-time to reach their ultimate academic and career goals…

With this third diagnosis, Alexis connected with 4 doctors between Miami, Fl and New York, who felt it be best to immediately remove the tumor before further growth! However, this surgery would mean Alexis would need a full month of recovery before returning to the workplace or school! This fund is to allow them the proper funds to manage transportation, housing, bills, and food during the recovery period until they’re allowed to return and make their money again… I understand times are tough right now, so do not feel obligated to donate, But i’d really appreciate a repost to avoid any future debts or worse case scenario- homelessness: from not being able to afford their bills.
