Help Karen find a place to live

My name is Brian. My mother Karen found herself needing to move at the last minute, and we are looking for a place to move. She has been spending the last 4 months in hotel rooms while we search. Because she is on disability, she only gets a few hundred a month, which is nowhere near enough to cover the expense of a move. The money raised will go to the hotel room stays while we look, in addition to other expenses, including hiring movers to transport her stuff to storage, costs of storage, food, transportation for her during the apartment search, as well as covering any unexpected expenses and covering any associated fees for GoFundMe.

We had a bit of a last minute set-back involving a paperwork issue that, combined with sickness has delayed her move. As stands, she is paid up her hotel until Friday, but after that we do not know. She is facing possible homelessness.
