Needing Help With Medical Transportation

Hi,my name is Michelle and my husbands name is Rich. Rich was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000. He is now confined to a hospital bed. He has has had a lot of issues mostly stemming from the MS, some not. He is an amazing man who tries to keep going and never complains. I am doing my best to not ask for help but their are times I have had too. These again are one of those times.

Rich now suffers from extreme muscle spasms and constriction of his muscles. His legs are twisted. This is very painful. He is in such an awkward position that he just can not get comfortable. It's just not fair!

His neurologist wants him to get an MRI and also to get Botox to hopefully help relax his muscles. These ,of course are not able to be done in the home. My sons would lift there Dad and carry him to the truck whenever he had an appointment. Unfortunately one now has a hernia and due to the position of his legs, he can no longer sit in a vehicle. He needs an ambulance to take him. After some checking,we can not afford it. It costs $500 there and back every time he needs to get to an appointment. After hearing that,I just got very discouraged. We just dont have that. I feel like we're sinking as it is.

His Dr. recommended starting up a GoFundMe. I have tried this before with no luck at all. I have no choice but to try again. I hope we can get some help and anything is truly apprecited.
