On September 16th, our dear friend, Michele Pasquale, received news from her Dr. at Sloan Kettering that confirmed her worst fear; she had cancer.

Michele was diagnosed with soft tissue Sarcoma, which had grown in most of her deltoid muscle. Yesterday morning, her team of doctors performed a grueling 12 hour surgery, and during the procedure, they thankfully learned that the cancer had not spread. At present, Michele is in the hospital recovering. And while this was the best secondary outcome, the reality is that she has a long recovery ahead - which is why I’m asking for your support.

For those who have ever spent more than 2 minutes with Michele, they’d attest that she is one of the kindest, most selfless people alive. Not only would she be the first one to support a worthy cause, she’d be the one orchestrating it.

Because the road ahead for Michele is going to be challenging, and at times daunting, I wanted to set up a GoFundMe so that Michele and Mike can use the resources in the way that best support them during this challenge.
