Zack’s Recovery

Friday, March 17, 2023 at around 11am my son Zachary was the victim of an unprovoked attack in New York City. During a visit to see his long time girlfriend who is in school in the city, they went down to the subway platform to wait for the next available train in the 42nd Street Station. After having been on the platform for no more than two minutes a deranged individual arbitrarily picked Zack out of the many people standing in the area and began yelling in his direction. Within seconds this deranged individual lunged at Zack and struck him in the face. The individual then immediately fled from nearby police officers. The result of this viscous attack left Zack with several facial fractures ranging from a fractured cheek bone and to a fractured jaw. We are very thankful that our son is still alive as it could have resulted in much more serious harm. However, it will be a long road to recovery and will require at least one or two reconstructive surgeries. My son is just getting started in his life after college and the medical expenses will undoubtedly set him back financially for what could be many years. Any support you are willing to provide would be greatly appreciated and will be used to cover his medical expenses.
