My name is Anne. I am a friend of Franks. Marissa wanted to get this GoFundMe started but she has plenty on her own plate so I offered to get this set up. We are fundraising for our family and friend Frank Ricci. We are very grateful for all the support so far but please continue to share this page.

On September 6, Frank was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident and has a long road of recovery ahead. Some of the major injuries sustained include: 25 staples in his head; 3 broken ribs; crushed left forearm; rods placed in his tibia and fibula; broken femur; shattered foot; and currently has a hole in his calf vacuum packed which will need skin graft plastic surgery. He has had multiple surgeries already and will need to have multiple more and then will need to spend time in rehab.

He is unable to work and will not be able to work for a while but he still has bills coming in. Any help is appreciated.

All funds will be used to help pay the medical bills and the monthly bills while he is unable to work.

He is currently in the healing stage of many of the injuries but does still have a lot more to endure.

On 9/16 the staples are being removed from his head.

He is supposed to be transferred to a hospital in Boulder (Marissa is trying to get him down to Denver) at the end of the week to have the skin graft plastic surgery in hopes of saving his foot.

Just after that he will need to go in for left shoulder replacement surgery and get 2 more injections into his back.

I have spoken to Frank and he just wants everyone to know he is going to be okay. He just got a new phone but doesn't have all his contacts. If you could text him and let him know who you are he would appreciate that. He also wanted to let everyone know why he hadn't been in touch over the last few days.

He's in good spirits and is very thankful to be alive and to have all the help and support and love from everyone.
