The volunteers at the Orange Cove, CA municipal pound work tirelessly to help the animals that come into the shelter, as well as animals in the community. This involves funding veterinary care, spay & neuter, and transport, as well as buying supplies like vaccines, flea & tick medicine, food, treats and cleaning supplies. Orange Cove is located in California's Central Valley, where the euthanasia rate continues to be well over the national average of 50%. With hard work and the help of a great rescue community, our live release rate is over 90%. But we need YOUR help to keep it there! Thank you!
