On April 1st, our 7 month old puppy, Archie, woke up unable to walk.  Both his back legs swelled up by Friday, and he's been in the ER at Metro Vet Associates  ever since. So far they have no idea what's wrong with him. He's stable, but has an IV of pain meds, fluids and antibiotics.  On recommendation from the ER vet, he's being moved under the orthopedic surgeon's care, which is roughly 1000 a day, not counting any tests they feel are going to be necessary to diagnose Archie. The doctors are still in the discovery phase - we have no idea if he's going to need surgery, or if it's anything that can be fixed or cured.  As of today, April 5, our bill is at 4300.  If you could consider even just donating a few dollars, this will help us and Archie so much.  Thank you and god bless.
