Help Save This Injured Cat's Life
Donation protected
This cat was hit by a car on Saturday, June 14th, in Paterson, NJ, and was found by a Good Samaritan who actively sought help for this innocent little guy.
Because we can never look away, and in spite of being extremely out of resources, we and another rescue, North Jersey Kitty Committee, joined forces to try to help him. He is currently at Eclipse Emergency Vet in Whippany. He minimally has a broken pelvis, spinal trauma, and an injured jaw.
We aren’t sure of his prognosis yet and will know more soon, but just to stabilize him, get basic diagnostics, and pain control, we are looking at $2,500.00. Yes, would it be easier and cheaper to just euthanize? You bet…but could we live with ourselves to put money over his life? No way.
Please, if you feel every life is worth saving when possible, if your heart hurts for the many, many animals suffering without advocates, please consider helping us with a donation to be able to do whatever we can for him. He isn’t your cat, he isn’t our cat…but he is an adorable little soul and needs our help. We can’t do this without you. Thank you.
