Heart issues and disability

Hi, yes it's me again. I'm so sorry for reaching out to you but I don't have any family who can/will help.

My heart issues are getting worse. I've now had 5 heart attacks and I am struggling with daily and disibilitating chest pain. I'm trying to find work but not many people want to hire someone like me. I'm also trying again to get on Sosial Security but that can take a lot of time and I need help with things now.

I still don't have plumbing but I have to pay my house payment and electricity every month, plus basic care like food.

I'm trying so hard to keep fighting but I cannot do this alone. Please help if you can.
