Our brother and sister, lost their 16 year old son tragically on Nov. 11th. Rulis had a smile that would light up a room, a witty sense of humor, and a desire to do great things in life. There are no words to describe the sadness of this loss. We ask for prayers for his family and anything that you can donate will be greatly appreciated. He is survived by his parents and his three sisters.
