Funeral Travel Expenses

My name is Erin Pace and I am Brian Dunlap’s (Carla’s son-in-law) cousin. I am assisting Brian’s dad, Alan Dunlap, with creating this GoFundMe page. Please see Alan’s message below:

“Carla Dickey Sulzer and her fiancé, Jay Wisa, were involved in a horrible traffic accident on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 in which Carla tragically lost her life. All who knew her know what a loss to humanity her passing is. She, of course, is with her Lord and Savior. But, as is so often the case, her loved ones are confronted with loss and uncertainty.

My name is Alan Dunlap and I am Kayla’s father-in-law. At the suggestion of Brian’s Aunt Mary Nell, his aunts, uncles, and cousins will be contributing to this fund in lieu of flowers to try to offset the travel expenses for Kayla, her husband Brian, and Carla’s two granddaughters, Lennon, two-and-a-half years old, and Austen, four months old.

We initially thought the flowers would be about five hundred dollars, so this is the goal being set per GoFundMe’s rules. When this goal is met, I will immediately match it with an additional five hundred dollars.

Please help this young family meet this tragic and unexpected expense. Although it is a fact of life, money is the last thing the family needs to be worrying about at this horrible time in their lives.

Any money that might be collected that exceeds this need will be used to help with the expenses of Kayla’s special needs sister or other legitimate financial needs identified by Kayla. We all know that these will arise.

Your help will be a blessing for this young couple who are walking on the Christian path that both Brian and Kayla’s mothers were wise enough to lead them down.
