Help my dad get knee surgery

Hello, my name is Anel and I decided to start this go fund me for my dad. He doesn't know about this, but I would like to help him anyway I can. Any amount of donation big or small would be incredible and would really help since he would have to take a whole month of work off and possibly more. The surgery is about $5,000+ dollars.
