Jim Lackey Memorial Fund

Jim Lackey, Pipeliner since he was 18. Came to the peace country in the 1980's. I cannot think of many people who haven't worked with the man. I call upon our pipeline family to come together as we have in the past to help his family and wife Shirley with funeral and life expenses, in their time of need.
