This is Chris and Leah Davis and their sons Cullin, Kyle, Cameron and CJ. Many people are familiar with Chris from his work and ministry in the local and national faith community. It is that same community we are now calling on to help this family in their time of need.
On July 16, 2015, Chris suffered a blood clot which caused a massive stroke and bleeding on the brain. He was rushed to the local hospital, then immediately Life-Flighted to Cleveland Clinic for specialized Neurological care and life-saving Neurosurgery. Fortunately, the Neuro team was able to perform two successful surgeries and they believe that Chris will recover, although it will take quite some time.
Chris and Leah’s family is now down to one income. That income is even more limited since Leah inevitably will incur unpaid days off to care for him. With mounting medical bills, anticipated rehab expenses, four children to feed and provide for, and regular household/living expenses, she is terrified of what will happen to them financially. This is where you can help!
We are asking friends and members of the faith community for help and financial support. We are hoping to raise $7,500 to help cover six months’ worth of expenses.
