Sandra, has been diagnosed with breast cancer and liver cancer.  Sandra has stop working since January but the bills and expensives keep coming, biopsy, treatment, and after care is why she won't be able to work in the short term.  Long term, of course is to get Sandra this help so that she can live a long prosperous life with her efforts and God's will.  Ironically she was working as a caregiver and now she needs our help.
