Help Tim Cockrell BEAT Thymic Carcinoma !!!

Our friend Tim (48 years young) was diagnosed with Stage 4 Thymic Carcinoma, a rare cancer originating in the Thymic Gland. 

It's truly fitting that Tim has this rare cancer because Tim is a rare kind of guy. 

Tim has dedicated 25+ years serving in youth and young adults ministry in our community.  He has meant so much to so many people throughout our community and beyond. He is a HUGE family man with a loving wife and two children. For those who have not met Tim, if you did he would be your friend instantly......and in this time we want to rally around him with support and LOVE !

Tim had his first chemotherapy treatment in March, and was scheduled for the second treatment at Stanford (April 13th), but his white blood cell counts were too low. He has since used injections to increase his counts and is getting a second chemo treatment at Stanford this week.  Praise the Lord!  The doctors hope to shrink the cancer in his thymic gland and lung before surgery so it is not so invasive.

As many of you know Tim has worked as a billboard, sign, and graphic installer for over 20 years as well, he started his own company years ago doing commercial graphic installation which is very, very labor intensive. 

As expected, in the coming days and months with chemo and surgery to remove the Thymic Gland and part of his Lung, his ability to work will be greatly affected. 

Please consider donating so we can take the financial pressure off of this family so they can focus on cancer treatment & healing, and get the medical care they need for this rare cancer. Every donation is greatly appreciated, no matter the
