Raising Carter

There are times and situations in life that are impossible. Times when you question how can one endure so much.

Carter has been fighting since he was born, it was a long road to get a diagnosis. Unfortunately since learning he has Mitochondrial Disease he has had to prove time and time again the warrior he is. Through countless procedures, therapies and emergency hospitalizations he has endured only to come out smiling each time.

His family has been right there doing everything they can to support him. He is cheered on by three sisters, one only months old.

Carter's dad  lost his job and they lost their van to aid in his transport. It has become impossible to pay for what is needed. This would be a huge trial in any family's life, but while this has been going on Carter's illness has taken a severe turn for the worse. He has been life-flighted twice in the past few weeks and the tragic truth is his health is failing. He is fighting as the warrior he is, but if there is a time for the family to not need to be worrying about how to pay the bills it is now.

They are preparing a bucket list for Carter and are praying that he will be able to enjoy and complete it. Please help Carter, help his family and cheer on this Mito-warrior in his battles. There has never been one so deserving.

All funds will go to Carter's Family to help with medical and living expenses.
