Help Dolly Beat Cancer!

Hi Friends,

My name is Robbie and I am James and Kailey’s youngest sister. If you are fortunate enough to know James and Kailey, you know their dogs are their whole life. If you invite them to an event, it’s assumed Dolly and Mako are invited as well. The true definition of a package deal!

To give a little background on the lovebirds, their story started over their passion for the outdoors and dogs. I will never forget when James called me asking for my opinion on which flowers he should buy for Kailey for one of their first dates. I asked him what his plan was and to no surprise of my own, they were going on a hike accompanied by Kailey’s puppy, Dolly. James had always wanted a dog, and to have met his dream girl and pup in one?! It was a done deal! He put a ring on it and the rest is history! Now, almost 7 years later their family of 3 has grown to 4.

However, it is with great sadness to report, our sweet Dolly girl has been diagnosed with Cancer. Dolly radiates sunshine and rainbows! She is a true lover of all humans; big and small. It doesn’t matter who you are. She will nudge you for extra pets, wiggle between your legs, sit on your lap like she’s a puppy, and greet you with all the butt wiggles and smiles! She’s learned to love being a big sis to Mako and tolerates sharing her mom and dad.

On behalf of James, Kailey, Mako and especially Dolly, I ask for any donations towards Dolly’s treatment/ recovery. She has quite the road ahead of her, but has the best support system around! The diagnostics, surgery and radiation treatments are costly, but once completed Dolly should have many more healthy years ahead of her!

Lastly, I want to thank you for all the love and support! Our family is beyond grateful and we are excited for Dolly to be back better than ever, running through New England with the rest of her pack!
