Hello everyone and thank you for your interest in sponsoring me. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carley Fletcher, I am 19 years old and I have ambitious goals of becoming a marketing manager. Woodland Community College is where I study business and marketing. I currently am a host at BJ's Brewhouse, a voice coach, and an aspiring entrepreneur in the travel industry. 

     July 19th, 2015 I was crowned MISS NAPA VALLEY USA R. I am honored and excited to represent the beautiful Napa Valley and and its kind people. I plan to use my title to help our youth grow. I want to influence our youth (and others) to have good morals, high standards, and great respect. 

      Our charity is KINDNESS BEGINS WITH ME ANTI BULLYING CAMPAIGN. As a spokesperson, I want to educate people about the importance of confidence building, and I would love to teach self esteem building skills to help both bullies and victims.
 
     My generation and our youth are being heavily tested with trials that make one feel alone, self conscious, and afraid of what life will throw at them next. We are being influenced to maintain low morals and almost no respect towards one another. For example, putting one down to exemplify yourself, or even a child disrespecting its parents. Because of this, I posses a strong passion to re-instill morals, values, respect, and internal/external  confidence back into the USA's youth, by speaking up and being a role model.
      
     Please help me achieve this goal by sponsoring me to go to MISS CALIFORNIA USA R. Your Donation will be greatly appreciated and will help me fulfill my goal of reshaping our youth, and helping young men and women build themselves into strong, confident adults. I want to be able to inspire and help people achieve their goals and dreams. One day I want someone to see me and say "because of her, I didn't give up."
