Hi,

I'm asking anyone who is able to please help save my brother Josh.

Josh is suffering from a rare disorder called esophageal achalasia. This disorder damages and eventually kills the nerves in the tube that pushes the food and drinks we consume into the stomach. When the nerves die the tube closes. If that tube is closed anything that is consumed can't go anywhere. It just sits in the throat. There is no choice but to spit it up. 

Basically my brother is starving to death.  He can not hold even water down.  He gets dehydrated every few days, which then requires a trip to the hospital for IV fluids. His blood pressure drops he gets dizzy.  He has lost weight at an alarming rate. His potassium levels have hit life threatening lows, and his kidneys and heart are starting to be effected.  Josh is to weak to work but he needs to have surgery to fix his esophagus ASAP. I don't know how much longer he has and am begging for those who are able, PLEASE help save my brothers life.  The expenses just keep adding up.... even $5.00 will make a difference and could be what saves his life.
