Wie sieht eine Zukunft aus, in der Kinder ihre eigene Stimme entdecken dürfen – und Erwachsene lernen, zuzuhören?

Im Mittelpunkt steht der außergewöhnliche Kindergarten Wilde 9 in Greifswald, Deutschland, der inspiriert durch des Bahá‘í-Menschenbild, den Familientherapeuten Jesper Juul und die Prinzipien von

Frédéric Laloux (Reinventing Organizations) arbeitet. Der Film zeigt, wie Selbstorganisation, Sinnorientierung und emotionale Intelligenz bereits im frühen Kindesalter gelebt werden können – und welche Kraft darin für die Gesellschaft von morgen liegt.

In unserem Film begleiten wir die Gründerin Anja Niemand, deren Vision von ganzheitlicher Bildung weit über die Kindergarten hinaus wirkt – hinein in Organisationen, Schulen und eine neue Form des Zusammenlebens. Es ist ein Ort, an dem aus Vertrauen Entwicklung wird – und aus kleinen Menschen große Persönlichkeiten.

Dieser Film ist ein Aufruf: Lasst uns Zukunft nicht nur erwarten – sondern einladen.

“Inviting the Future” is a heartfelt documentary film that tells the story of Wilde 9, a progressive kindergarten in Guest, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, that has been redefining education for over 25 years.

At the core of this unique place is a radical approach: one that values children as capable individuals, nurtures their independence, and builds a culture of trust and respect. This house hosts the families and the wider community keeping a village thriving in times of contraction.

The film follows founder Anja Niemand, whose vision of education reaches far beyond early childhood – influencing schools, families, and organizations seeking new paths, as Wilde 9 has done. Through her amassed experience and guidance we reflect on how we live, learn, and grow together.

Wilde 9 is more than a kindergarten – it’s a living example of how relationship focused education and Teal Organization Management can shape a meaningful, sustainable future. A place where trust leads to growth.

Why We Need Your Support

We are seeking funding to use for the post-production of this film as well as a Grassroots Campaign of screenings and talks to effectively connect with our public. The plan is to bring “Inviting the Future” to schools, indie cinemas, educational communities and local conference centers starting in Winter 2025.

To make this happen, we’re seeking funding for key finishing steps, including:

- Professional film editing

- Screening fees and venue costs

- An international screening tour with Q&A sessions

- Subtitles in multiple languages ( Danish, English, French,Swedish)

- Press kit and promotional materials

- Printing posters and flyers
