Zuks can’t fly

Leigh and I went for a nice Saturday walk with Zuko and Toadie. We got to their favorite off lease area near a local school. Both Toadie and Zuko go up a set of stairs. Toadie, like the good boy he is, came back down the stairs. Zuko, however, took a giant leap off of the 12+ foot ledge and turns out he cannot fly. It was a very far fall for the baby 7 pound pup and he broke his femur. Zuko is spending three nights in urgent care and will get surgery to repair his femur plus any other trauma that came with the fall.  My pup is not the smartest but the cutest and I’m a poor (financially) mama. Anything helps!!
