Housefire

My very good friends Fred and Lauren Southworth lost most of their home in a fire on 1/17/25. Fire and water damage has destroyed a good portion of the upstairs and water damage has seeped from the roof into the 2nd floor, first floor and basement. It is still unknown the full extent of the damage. We wont fully know until spring thaw comes and the temperature warms up. Currently they are staying with a relative but are only able to for a short time longer. Much work will need to be done to determine how much can be saved or if it may need to be torn down. Any amount you can donate to help them through this would be graciously accepted and appreciated. We are grateful to all who can. Update: The roof will need alot of work (full replacement) and the floors upstairs are spongy and will need replacing through all layers. The upstairs is exposed to the elements and all windows have had to be boarded up. Clean up is still underway and the majority of their possessions including family heirlooms are gone. Kitchen area ceiling is damaged throughout and all flooring/carpets will need to be pulled. We need to be able to help them offset the cost of dump runs as each run is costing $100-200 each time and 2 runs have already been made with alot to go. Any help you can give is appreciated greatly and really needed at this time. Thank you for your consideration and your help. They will be needing it for sure. Update: they are having to leave the place they were staying and now have no other place to go except back to this house for now.
