Keegan’s Road to Recovery

On January 31st our oldest and only son Keegan was involved in a serious car accident while on his way to work at WingStop.

Keegan suffered serious injuries in the accident and was rushed into life saving surgery that night for internal bleeding.

The next day he again had surgery to put rods into each of his broken femurs.

Since then Keegan has been fighting to regain some normalcy in his life. And as much as he is fighting the biggest battles are still ahead of him as he is checked into a rehab facility at Phx Children’s hospital to help him recover.

Other injuries include 6 broken ribs, a cracked sternum, a broken clavicle and a brain bleed which doctors do not expect to have any long term effects.
